MARKETING FOR A MAN: IT’S NOT WHAT YOU THINK

Marketing expert writes book to help women find love.

Austin, TX — When it comes to developing a solid marketing plan that gets results; what’s love got to do with it? “Everything,” says Jerri Conrado, businesswoman, professional speaker, and author of the soon to be released book Marketing for a Man.

Doing away with the notion of man-by-manipulation, Marketing for a Man seeks to empower and encourage women to restructure their lives as single sophisticates in the 21st century. Not unlike the author, these women are primarily divorced, yet financially sound professionals looking to find love again.

“Finding myself suddenly single after being married for most of my life was an adjustment to say the least,” says Conrado. “I could have sulked and allowed myself to fall into a deep depression, but that’s not me. I knew one day I would want to be in a mature, mutually beneficial relationship, which led me to apply to love the same marketing principles that I’ve successfully applied to business for more than two decades.”

The foundation to Conrado’s newest book and business, Marketing for a Man, is based on four key marketing principles:

1.      Understand your target market…MEN

2.      Successfully brand yourself

3.      Communicate to captivate

4.      Sell the appeal and close the deal

“Although these principles may seem simple upon reading them, they require every woman to search deeply in her soul, to not only discover who she really is and what she really wants, but to have the courage and the passion to obtain it,” says Conrado. “My goal is to encourage women to seize the day in business and in love…life is what you make it.”

Jerri Conrado is the author of seven books, including Marketing for a Man. She is the owner and the managing partner of Marketing Edge Ventures located in Austin, Texas.
